2010 saw the passing of the 50 issue milestone with 2dartist celebrating all things fantasy, with cities, steampunk and monsters, with the cover below by Richard Tilbury.

There was an array of imaginative talent on show, with creature concepts such as hairy gremlins, horned beasts, sewer dwelling monsters and creatures built to survive fiery temperatures!

“2dartist is an excellent magazine and worth every coin I pay for it. It is not heavily loaded with commercials but when they are featured they are a good source of info. From my point of view this is a 'must have' publication for every artist or illustrator or newbie who would like to learn. Special note on the excellent service of the 3dtotal site, they are great people!”

â€" Srecko Bradicm, Serbia

The covers of 2007 featured some kissable lips, Superman, cool environment concepts and some general all-round wizardry with speed painting and custom brush tutorials.
